Join us for our Annual Benefit Festival to support Women's Advocates!
To perform or to volunteer contact Barb Fulton (Amara) at firstname.lastname@example.org
These open stage events are held monthly and are organized by Amara. All dance styles (ATS, tribal fusion, cabaret, folkloric,
etc.) are welcome to perform.
At each event a videographer will be present. For festivals held at JDC Studio, the Guild pays for six DVDs and gives them FREE to six performers!
Performers, please bring your music on CD (only the music you are using on the CD, if possible, please). Respect the time limits: 8 minutes for a solo and 10 minutes for a group. Note, we are only able to use CDs for dance music at this time (no MP3 players, etc.)
Interested in getting involved? Curious how the festivals- and other shows- run? Ask Barb Fulton how you can get involved! Possibilities include (but are not limited to): apprenticing as a light or sound technician, videographer, set-up/tear down, back-up performer wrangler, and more!
